• You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the big vote website.
• This promotion is only open to Dubai and UAE based residents aged 21 years or over and not to employees and their families of the Promoter, its agents, contractors, consultants or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• Entry is as follows: Open the survey link and fully complete the questions in linked survey. The survey will be available from the start date until close date listed below.
• The Prize winners will be announced for Global Gathering on July 19th 2007 and for all the other prizes on September 16th 2007.
• The Prize must be taken as offered and is non-transferable.
• In the event that for any reason whatsoever a prizewinner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by MMI, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prizewinner.
• MMI reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. MMI reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity prior to awarding any prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of MMI.
• If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of MMI, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this survey, MMI reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the survey.
• MMI is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials. Any costs associated with accessing the online survey is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
• Unless expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions regarding all prizes, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
• MMI shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes or participating in the survey, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster MMI reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
• It is a condition of entry that all entries become the property of MMI and may be used for future marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.
• MMI collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the survey. By entering the survey, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that MMI may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to MMI at their address set out below.
• When creating/posting your video you are not to incorporate any of the following: - Racist, sexist, or otherwise hateful speech
  - Sexual, “R-rated” content
  - Excessive profanity
  - Promotion of illegal activities or substances
  - Libel, copyrighted material, or other unlawful content
  - Hurtful, threatening, malicious or abusive content
  - Political and religious content
  
• All videos must be of your own original creation. You acknowledge and accept that you bear responsibility for the legality of any video you create.
• Failure to abide by these rules will result in your video being deleted. MMI reserves the right to remove any video at any time at our personal discretion. Furthermore, no guarantees are made that any video you create will be hosted for any specified length of time.
• The Big Vote is subject to the laws applicable in Dubai. Any dispute which arises shall be referred to a mediator appointed by MMI whose decision shall be final and binding.

MMI Global Gathering Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions for GLOBAL GATHERING promotion (Virgin Megastore’s Terms and Conditions apply)
This promotion is only open to Dubai and UAE based residents aged 21 years or over and not to employees and their families of the Promoter, its agents, contractors, consultants or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
No purchase necessary. The closing date for identifying yourself as the GLOBAL GATHERING competition winner is Thursday 19th July, 2007. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for delays or for the time that responses to entries are delivered. "No responsibility will be accepted for corrupted or incomplete entries (which may be disqualified) or entries which fail to arrive by the specified closing date. Proof of delivery is not deemed proof of receipt via the Internet.
Winner will be notified by email or telephone as provided on registration within 24 hours of the draw. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept the prize, or if the Promoter is unable to locate the winner, within a reasonable time frame, using the contact details supplied by the winner on entry, then the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.

The main prize includes
Return flights on Virgin Atlantic from Dubai to a London airport for 1 with Weekend Tickets to GLOBAL GATHERING 2007 at Long Marston Airfield, NR, Stratford-Upon-Avon (concert date: FRIDAY 27th & SATURDAY 28th JULY 2007).
Flights: Departure To London on the 26th of July. Return flight on the 29th of July.
Winner must provide their own personal camping equipment and suitable clothing for the Global Gathering.
The promoter or anyone else connected with delivery of the prize is not responsible for equipping prize winners with suitable equipment although advice on purchases can be provided if asked.

Restriction
This prize must be taken on the dates given. Flights are non transferable and must be taken on the agreed dates with the promoter.
Travel arrangements will be booked by the promoter’s agent and are subject to carriers’ and third parties’ terms and conditions.
Prize winners must hold a valid passport at least 6 months prior to the prize date.
Should Visas be required to enter the United Kingdom, all documentation, associated costs and applying for the required visas are the responsibility of the prize winners.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to provide similar prizes of equal or greater value.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for delays or non-delivery of promotional prizes.
By taking part in this competition you agree that MMI, Virgin Megastore, and ITP may use your information in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy which can be viewed as part of our Global Terms and Conditions by clicking on the link at the foot of this site.

By taking part in the competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, and all entry instructions given are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions. • This competition is open to all visitors to Thebigvote.net. No employees of ITP and the company sponsoring the competitions prize are eligible to enter the competition.
• Competitions are open to entrants residing in the United Arab Emirates ONLY.
• Each entry must be submitted with a valid email address, which will be used to notify you if you are a winner. A list of winners will be published online and no further correspondence will be entered into.
• Please note that any individual entering a competition with slightly different contact details will automatically be excluded from ALL TimeOutDubai.com competitions.
• The winner(s) will be picked through a random computer draw and announced in the 'Previous Competitions' section. The Editors' decision is final.

Terms & Conditions - Global Gathering Prize

• In order to participate in the promotion, the customer must be at least 18 years old. The prize package for each winner consists of one weekend concert ticket to Global Gathering 2007 and one Virgin Atlantic economy return airline ticket to Heathrow Airport in London.
• Virgin Megastore shall provide the winners with the airline and concert tickets as per the package described in B1.
• The departure date from Dubai International Airport (DXB) is 26th July, 2007 and the return date from Heathrow Airport (LHR) is on 29th July, 2007. These travel dates are fixed and cannot be changed or moved upon the request of any winner.
• The Global Gathering 2007 event is taking place on the 27th and 28th of July, 2007.
• Virgin Atlantic Airlines is the official carrier for all 200 winners. Winners cannot choose any other airline or carrier in order to redeem their prize package.
• It will be the winners’ sole responsibility to research, arrange and bear the cost of one night’s accommodation upon arrival in London on 26th July, 2007.
• It will be the winners’ sole responsibility to research, arrange and bear the cost of all their transportation and daily needs while in London and it is their sole responsibility to reach the venue of the Global Gathering 2007 event on 27th July 2007 and return to Heathrow airport on 29th July 2007.
• Virgin Megastore & Virgin Atlantic are not responsible and shall not bear any costs related to late arrivals at the airports and missing any departure timings.
• The package/prize does not include any hotel accommodation; however, the concert ticket allows the winner to benefit from free camping space on first come/first served basis. It is the sole responsibility of the winners to arrange and bear the cost for their own tents/camping space.
• All meals, beverages, extra activities, additional spending money, transport to and from departure point, taxes, insurance, passports and visas and all other ancillary costs not expressly provided, as well as obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner.
• It is the sole responsibility of the winners to respect and abide by all the laws of the United Kingdom.
• It is the sole responsibility of the winners to abide and respect the terms and conditions stipulated and communicated by the organizers of Global Gathering 2007.
• In case Global Gathering 2007 is cancelled, postponed or adjourned, Virgin Megastore shall not be responsible for compensating the winners.
• It shall be the responsibility of the winners to arrange for and obtain all visa requirements to travel to the United Kingdom at their sole cost and expense. Failure to obtain the required visa will result in the cancellation of the trip. , Virgin Megastore shall not be liable to compensate the winners for their failure to obtain the required visa.
• The prize must be claimed within 15 days of the announcement of the winner by Virgin Megastore otherwise another winner will be chosen.
• Insurance of any sort (including travel, accident, injury or any other insurance) is not included in the prize. It is the responsibility of the winners to arrange for the same.
• The prize is as described and no alternative prize is available.
• In case the winner is not a resident of the UAE or is located outside the UAE, it shall be the sole responsibility of the winner to bear all the travel expenses to claim the prize (including travel ticket, expenses and visa requirements).
• The prize may not be cashed in, assigned or exchanged for any product from Virgin Megastore or elsewhere.
• Winner may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
• VStar Multimedia LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who VStar Multimedia LLC has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. VStar Multimedia LLC's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved
• VStar Multimedia LLC, Azadea Group LLC and / or any of their affiliates, their owners, directors, managers and employees shall not be responsible and /or liable in any way whatsoever for any losses, damages (actual and/or contingent) incurred by the winners as a result of participating in the Promotion and/or travelling to the United Kingdom.
